Kenny Ray

Director, Programs

Kenneth Ray, MPH, director of programs. He is responsible for overseeing the capacity building protocol, the application of evidence-based strategies in all disease and risk factor areas; and planning, implementation, and evaluation of policy, system, and environmental change interventions. In addition to a master’s degree in public health from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a bachelor’s degree in health education from North Carolina Central University, Mr. Ray has more than 30 years of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based interventions in state and community settings. Mr. Ray grew up in New York City and North Carolina, and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an avid sports fan, music lover, and loves outdoor events with family and friends.
