Nekose Wills

Director, Communications

Nekose Wills joined The Center as the director of communications. She is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of our communications and media efforts and drives awareness and engagement around our public health programs and services. In addition to a master’s in women’s health from Suffolk University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in communications and women's studies from Penn State University, Nekose has more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of communications and program management. She loves creating and curating health communications that help Black people manifest better health outcomes. Nekose also has a wide breadth of experience, working across numerous sectors and industries. She grew up, and currently resides, in the DC metro area and is fond of the cultural events in the region, spending quality time with her loved ones, and traveling.
